Chrome Skull

Light catches every curve of bone and petal, creating razor-sharp highlights that seem almost liquid. Fine shadows slip between the flowers, adding depth that pulls the eye inward.Close inspection reveals subtle collage elements sliced into the petals, a nod to graphic design roots. The entire composition rests against a pitch-black field so the gleam of polished bone and soft flowers stays front and center. Despite the macabre symbol, the scene feels oddly serene, balancing life and mortality in one bold artwork. Rebellious yet elegant, this square statement piece pairs grit with grace.Based in Istanbul, Turkish graphic artist Ali Güleç is celebrated for imagery that balances the absurd with the beautiful. His ikiiki Design Studio mixes hand sketching and digital collage, turning skulls, florals, and surreal objects into psychedelic wall art with sly humor.
