Teal wraps the walls and ceiling around white ceramics and an oak vanity. A swimmer’s portrait brings wit to the dry wall, giving this compact bathroom the character of a furnished room.

The teal continues across the ceiling and around the window, making fewer abrupt colour changes at the edges. The white bath and basin remain easy to read against it, with oak breaking up the darker surfaces at hand height.
A swimmer in goggles is a pleasingly literal companion for a bathroom. The print occupies a dry wall away from the fittings, its pale cap returning to the white ceramics. Brass recurs at the taps, mirror and towel rail, so each small fitting doesn't introduce another finish.

Repeat the finish carefully
The basin mixer, bath filler and visible flush plate share a brass tone. Their different functions stay clear, and the concealed cistern does not take up a visible corner.

The print sits away from the bath and basin. Choose its material and protective framing for the room’s humidity, and keep ventilation part of the plan.
