Ink-blue bookshelves, a timber writing desk and worn leather
Finishing work needn't mean leaving the study. A leather chair and small table give you somewhere to move once the desk has had enough of you. Ink-blue shelves enclose both places, each with its own reading light.

The desk stays against the wall, with window light beside it and the centre left open. Shallow drawers and a raised gallery make space for writing without enclosing the seat in storage.
A Hoxton leather chair and the small Jersey table provide a second place to sit. Mountain Clouds opens a pale view between the ink-blue shelves. Leather and brass change the surfaces close to the hands, where the room's darker colour is less important than having a comfortable place to read.
