Why we chose it
This portrait introduces a very different kind of mark to the living room’s traditional mantel, patterned curtains and worn leather. The blue area relates to the chairs while the pale upper field remains visible against oxblood paint. We selected the 24 × 36-inch ArtFab option with the black 5/8-inch frame as the reference for this study. It is a printed artwork, not an original painting. Other dimensions and materials may be offered on the merchant page, so check the chosen variant rather than relying on the scale of an illustration.

Product details
Selective use of blue tones stand apart from a white, muted composition partially featuring a human’s face.Textures and painterly strokes create a layered effect, with the features of the face seeming to emerge and dissolve into the surrounding space. The fragmented quality of the work conveys a sense of incompleteness, emphasizing the artistry in the piece.
