A fresh, free and oversized homage to Arthur Liberty, who a century ago, created the sort of dense repeating floral prints that continue to feel intrinsically British today. This is exactly the kind of pattern I love using at home; full of movement yet very versatile, it feels both contemporary and classic.
Arthur didn't name the designers he employed. So instead I named this print after the river Wandle where both Liberty and William Morris had their fabric mills for many years - where the arts and crafts movement blossomed. Wilde, refers to Oscar who said "Liberty is the chosen resort of the artistic shopper." Wandle Wilde is available in three colourways; fire, earth and water.
